A tort is basically a common law Tort. There are three general types of torts that may make a damage to someone else. In common law, torts are justification for claims to remunerate a lamenting parties for any harms or wounds endured. Torts are bad behaviours that are committed by one party against another. Because of the bad behavior, the harmed individual may make common move against the other party. A tort, under customary law, is a common misdemeanour that makes an inquirer endure upon misfortune or mischief bringing about lawful obligation for the individual who submits the tortious demonstration.
